Acacia baileyana 'Purpurea', the Purple Leaved wattle is an attractive small evergreen tree with bluish grey leaves. The new growth on the tree is purple, making a fantastic contrast to the yellow flowers produced in early spring. Not one of the hardiest Acacias, but suitable for sheltered gardens and milder areas. Fast growing and easy to care for. |
