An exciting new introduction Acer circinatum x palmatum is as yet unnamed but shows the best characteristics from both its parents. It has elegant upright growth with large palmate leaves Which have shades of red and purple. During mid summer the colours intensify into an amazing autumn display of intense oranges and reds. Tolerant of container cultivation it is also proving to be wind resistant and a very hardy plant. Can be planted in either full sun or shade. |
