Eucalyptus gunnii, the Cider Gum is a firm favourite among many gardeners with its blue-grey foliage and decorative bark. It is a very fast growing evergreen tree from Australia, but is very tolerant of the British variable weather! Regular pruning will encourage a dense, bushy crown; it can be grown in a container, but is more suitable to being planted in the open ground. |
