Ginkgo biloba Barabits Nana  
Ginkgo biloba 'Barabits Nana' is a rare form selected by Dr. Elemer Barabits in Hungary and is peculiar by being a very compact shrub-like plant but with slightly larger leaves than the species creating a very ornamental effect. Perfect where space is limited and stunning in a container.
    Position? full sun to full shade; out of cold, drying winds - especially coastal winds
    Soil? all soils, but avoid waterlogged areas; very dry soils will need extra watering
    Eventual size? up to 2 metres, but can be pruned
    Habit? deciduous; dark green leaves turning yellow before falling
    Suitable for? growing as a container plant on a patio or planting in open ground
