Ginkgo biloba Saratoga  
Ginkgo biloba 'Saratoga' is another excellent American selection from the famous Saratoga Research Institute. This is a remarkably shrubby plant and the foliage is narrow and resembles small, half-open fans. It grows densely and is overall an enchanting lacy outline in the landscape. Makes a superb tall specimen for a pot.
  Position? full sun to full shade; out of cold, drying winds - especially coastal winds
  Soil? all soils, but avoid waterlogged areas; very dry soils will need extra watering
    Eventual size? up to 3 to 4 metres, but can be pruned
    Habit? deciduous, shaggy and pyramidal; dark green leaves turning yellow before falling
    Suitable for? growing as a specimen tree in open ground or a container
