Acer palmatum 'Ukigumo' is a small maple, also known as Floating Cloud Maple. The small, fresh green leaves are dotted with pink and white forming a dense plant. Best planted in dappled shade, since the leaves can be prone to scorch if subjected to intense summer sun. Sited in the right position, this maple looks absolutely stunning.
