A vigorous, upright, compact form of this shrub, bearing bright orange-red leaves when young, turning green as they mature. Fantastic bright red colour in autumn. Produces racemes of yellow flowers in spring, followed by bright red fruit. Grows in full sun/part shade in any fertile, well drained soil. Suitable for most gardens including coastal. Height 1.5m, spread 1.5m. Hardy.
