A beautiful evergreen compact shrub, with glossy, silvery, variegated dainty foliage followed by a profusion of white tubular flowers during the summer. The profuse clusters of small, fragrant pinky white tubular flowers are very rich in nectar making them attractive to butterflies and honey bees. Can be also be used as a low informal hedge.
Abelia 'Francis Mason' is a hardy and easily cared for plant. As always use a good quality planting compost mixed 50/50 with your soil and water well once planted. For best results top dress each year in early spring with a good organic fertiliser.
