Helleborus 'Dana's Dulcet'
Hybrid belonging to the Rodney Davey Marbled Group and is sister to Anna's Red and Penny's Pink. Large, nodding purple-pink flowers over attractive marbled foliage. Plants produce bushy clumps of thick, leathery evergreen leaves. Flower stalks appear in early spring, bearing showy cup-shaped blooms. Trim the old leaves to the ground in late winter before the buds emerge, to allow the flowers maximum impact. hardy, clump forming, happy in well drained semi to full shade position. Height 40cm. Mulch in spring.

Plant with good quality multipurpose compost in fertile, free draining soil in sun/part shade. Mulch in winter with humous rich, if growing in pots feed with a general purpose fertiliser. Remove any damaged, older leaves.
