An upright flowering shrub reaching up to 1.5 metres, being covered in limey white, large cone shaped flowers throughout the summer and into the autumn. The flowers open up lime green fading to white giving a bright but gentle glow of colour, against ovate green leaves on upright, straight stems. Finally, in autumn, a blush of pink occurs on the flowers. Hardy and deciduous, 'Limelight is great when planted in groups or is a good specimen for a mixed border , fitting in quite happily with most garden styles. Flowers are also good for flower arrangements.

Grows on most fertile, well drained moist soils in sun/part shade. To keep the plant dense and shrubby, prune back to just above the last seasons growth in early spring. Top dress with a good fertiliser such as seaweed pellets to keep the plant healthy and vigorous.

Thank you so much the hydrangeas are absolutely fabulous - arrived in great condition and look really healthy. I realise that I need more of these plants in my life!
