Description

Albizia julibrissin ‘Ombrella’ otherise known as ‘Mimosa’ is a beautiful small deciduous tree with fabulous, tactile foliage.  During the summer months wonderfull, large, fluffy pale pink flower clusters appear which are striking and highly exotic in appearance.  Plant your Albizzia in a sheltered, warm and sunny position in fertile free draining soil. In cooler areas protection will be required however Albizia julibrissin ‘Ombrella’ has grown successfully in the UK in sheltered and temperate gardens.  May be pruned during late winter.
