Agapanthus ‘Timaru’

Agapanthus ‘Timaru’ is a striking variety with fabulous deep violet-blue flowers which form on sturdy stems during late spring and summer reaching a height of up to 1m.

Being a deciduous variety, Agapanthus ‘Timaru’ will die back during the colder months but fear not, the plant will erupt into growth producing beautiful deep-green glossy strap-like leaves once the cold weather has departed.

As with most Agapanthus, grow in free draining soil in a sunny position. May be grown in containers to great effect.
