Thuja plicata ‘Whipcord’

Description

Thuja plicata ‘Whipcord’ is a beautiful and fascinating conifer, forming a moundy rounded shape made up of wonderfully pendulous ‘whipcord’ like branches clothed in scale-like green leaves which take on shades of bronze during the winter months.  Hardy, tactile and striking in appearance and slow growing, reaching up to only 1.5m in height and width.  Plant in full sun in free draining fertile soil.
