Now Open at Big Plant Nursery

Set in the grounds of Big Plant Nursery, The Jungle Tea Room is open Wednesday – Sundays offering a fabulous selection of delicious home made cakes and savoury dishes alongside excellent coffee, teas and cold drinks.

You can choose to take-away or eat-in your food and drink.

Indoor and outdoor tables and seating are provided for your comfort.

Unfortunately, three members of staff here have recently been bitten by dogs on separate occasions.

* It is with regret that Big Plant Nursery and the Jungle Tearoom have decided to not allow dogs except service dogs into the Nursery or Tearoom from Monday June 12th 

Whilst we all love animals, we take the safety of our staff and the public extremely seriously and we hope you understand this decision.

Our Food and Drink

The aim is to make all our cakes and meals at the tearoom using locally sourced produce.

We offer choices of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan alongside traditional cakes, breakfasts and lunches.

So no fixed menu just homemade, fresh seasonal tasty food in a beautiful environment, and a hint of the tropics!

We have researched and sourced the finest coffee beans and teas we could find to bring you a delicious choice of hot drinks.
