Description
Aralia elata known as ‘The Japanese Angelica Tree’ is a very architectural tree like shrub growing to around 4-5 metres tall in U.K gardens with huge speading bipinnate whorls of leaves held at the top of each stem. In summer large sprays of white flowers are produced creating a spectacular display. Happy in most soils but best avoiding wet waterlogged conditions. In autumn the leaves turn shades of yellow and pink before falling.
