Hosta ‘Bullet Proof’

Description

Hosta ‘Bullet Proof’ is an absolute beauty!  The leaves are extra thick and a wonderful shade of glaucous-blue; their thickness makes them more slug tolerant which is always a delight to hear!  During the summer months, pretty lavender-blue flowers appear on stems held above the leaves.  Will reach up to around 45cm in height and width.  Plant in fertile moisture retentive but free draining soil in a shaded-semi-shaded position.

**Please note: In winter months your hosta will be dormant and without foliage. During Autumn months hostas develop their Autumn colours and die back. Autumn is a great time for planting them but the plant aren’t as lush as they will be in Spring.**
