Description
Fargesia ‘Jiuzhaigou Deep Purple’ is a beautiful, dense, clump-forming bamboo with dark purple-red canes with masses of small narrow green leaves. This once rare bamboo is now increasingly available. Height 4m. Spread 1.5m. Prefers semi shade. Hardy. Planting instructions, back fill with good multi purpose compost and keep well watered.
