Agapanthus ‘Pitchoune Blue’ is a beautiful compact form reaching up to 60cm in height. During spring to summer, stunning rounded heads of star-shaped light blue flowers form, with each petal centrally striped in deep blue.
Don’t panic should the leaves die back a bit during the winter, depending on where you live, Agapanthus ‘Pitchoune Blue’ can be semi-evergreen, with the deep-green strap-like leaves reappearing when the worst of the cold weather is over.
As with all Agapanthus, plant in a sunny position in free draining soil. May also be container grown to great effect – repotting every 2-3 years.
