Description
Melanoselinum decipiens is a big, bold fabulous plant, sometimes known as ‘Madeira Giant Black Parsley’. Giant indeed – it will reach up to 180 in height! The foliage is similar to that of Angelica, held on stout, ornamental stems and the large heads of pale pink flowers erupt during summer, after which it will set seed and most likely the plant will die but fear not – you can start again with the seeds! Plant in fertile free draining soil in full sun and a sheltered position.
