Description
Pseudopanax linearis, also know as mountain lancewood, is an architectural, evergreen shrub or small tree native to New Zealand. It has an upright, often multi-stemmed habit. It has narrow and gently serrated, lance-shaped leaves, which have a central rib bright green in colour. It produces small, yelow-green flowers that attract pollinators, followed by small purple-black fruits. It prefers sheltered position with free‑draining soil. Is hardy in mild gardens and typically reaches 3 metres in height.
