Description
Baccharis genistelloides is a wonderful and unusual little shrub originating from Brazil. The foliage is extrordinary and in the form of bright green ‘winged’ stems. To add to the interest, little white pom pom flowers appear during the summer months. This is a wonderful addition to the exotic garden – or indeed any style of garden and can be grown happily in a container also. Position in sun to part shade in fertile soil. Said to be hardy to around minus ten however we recommend planting in a sheltered position away from the coldest and wettest weather.
