Impatiens omeiana ‘Pink Nerves’

(1 customer review)

Description

Impatiens omeiana ‘Pink Nerves’ is a beautiful and highly unusual variety, seldom available.  ‘Pink Nerves’ perhaps relating to the striking deep red-pink stems and veining on the leaves.  Leaves are long and lanceolate with deep pink-red veining contrasting fabulously against deep green.

During the summer months,  it forms pretty, yellow-peachy coloured trumpet-like flowers which hang elegantly on pink stems.

Impatiens omeiana ‘Pink Nerves’ prefers a full to semi shaded position in moisture retentive but free draining fertile soil.  Although hardy, be cautious not to allow the plant to sit in wet/freezing water during colder months.

***Plants delivered in late winter have just begun to grow their new foliage.  A sign that Spring is just around the corner! ***

Lots of small new shoots bursting out of pot, great value and looking forward to planting. Excellent
